Refund policy

We do not offer returns. However, we are happy to refund or replace product that does not uphold our brand standards.

Replacements & refunds
To be eligible for a replacement item, start by contacting us at hello@tenderlyrooted.com. Photos, descriptions of smells or other issues, and other information will be duly collected to determine if your order is eligible for a replacement or refund.

If your order is eligible for a replacement, we’ll send you the replacement to the address listed on the original order, at our expense.

If your order is eligible for a refund (or you requested a refund instead of a replacement), we will provide the refund in store credit via a gift card to be used on future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
