Why Sprouted?
The process of activating the walnut, or sprouting, begins a chain reaction within the nut that consumes phytic acid drains tannins.
Together, this lowers allergens, increases bio-availability, and unlocks bound up nutrients. All while leaving fragile vitamin structures in-tact and opening the naturally warm & buttery flavor of a fresh walnut.
Within each nut lies everything needed to start a new tree. That powerhouse is what we call food. The sprouting process tricks the nut into thinking it will become a tree, so it begins to unpack all that nutrient-rich goodness, readying itself to push its first tap root.
After months of testing, we tamed the fickle walnut. We stop the sprouting process at the optimal point, yielding top flavor and maximum nutrient availability.

5% late fee after 30 days.
Invoice considered delinquent after 90 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
We currently do not work with a distributor. As our Midwest and East Coast retail locations grow, this is sure to change. There is a strong possibility that our distributor will align with our most active accounts.
All orders of less than 7 cases can be drop-shipped from our farm to your dock.
Shipping fees range from $22 to $65 and will not exceed $65 on dropshipped orders.
We provide a link to pay securely online.
If ACH, check, or bank transfer are required, we will set that up for you and provide .pdf invoices.
