why sprouted?
The process of activating the walnut, or sprouting, begins a chain reaction within the nut that consumes phytic acid drains tannins.
Together, this lowers allergens, increases bio-availability, and unlocks bound up nutrients. All while leaving fragile vitamin structures in-tact and opening the naturally warm & buttery flavor of a fresh walnut.
