This is a gorgeous glass cup with bamboo lid and glass straw. The custom artwork is done by Rachel Allene and reads, "Good Sun, Good Soil, Good Food" which is one of our frequent mantras here on the farm. We cannot eat good food if there is no good soil.

why sprouted?
The process of activating the walnut, or sprouting, begins a chain reaction within the nut that consumes phytic acid drains tannins.

After months of testing, we tamed the fickle walnut. We stop the sprouting process at the optimal point, yielding top flavor and maximum nutrient availability.
